My name is Gata,
and I guide people of all ages to reconnect with their calm and life energy through yoga and self-exploration, in both English and Spanish.
I have trained in Hatha and Anthasta Yoga, with advanced studies in pranayama and sadhana, supporting a practice that goes beyond the mat and invites mindfulness into daily life. Out of personal interest and the deep impact they bring, I also integrate Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra into my classes, balancing active practice with moments of quiet and inner listening. I continue to train regularly, supporting my own path and sharing yoga in a simple, warm, and respectful way.
I believe in a yoga that honors every body, every moment, and every breath, where we remember that serenity can be part of us even in the middle of daily challenges. My intention is to offer spaces where you can listen to yourself with honesty, explore with curiosity, and strengthen your body and mind with awareness, while integrating the deeper values of yoga teachings into your life.

Hatha, Anthasta Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra In my classes for adults, I combine the structure and tradition of Hatha Yoga, the deep focus of Anthasta Yoga, the restorative stillness of Yin Yoga, and the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. I integrate pranayama, mindfulness, and moments of silence, creating a supportive and calm space where you can reconnect with yourself and bring the benefits of yoga into your daily life.
Yoga for children I also offer yoga classes for children, where through play, movement, and conscious breathing, little ones naturally and joyfully discover their own rhythm and calm. These classes help develop attention, confidence, and connection with their bodies, while cultivating tools they can carry with them throughout their lives.
